United Way of Danville Area
United Way mobilizes communities to action so all can thrive.
Healthy Community. Youth Opportunity. Financial Security. Community Resiliency
United Way of Danville Area is committed to strengthening our community through four key pillars:
Healthy Community: We work to improve the health and well-being of all by ensuring access to vital physical and mental health services and addressing food insecurity.
Youth Opportunity: We help young people realize their full potential by connecting families to resources that support children’s success in school and in life.
Financial Security: We promote financial stability by providing crisis support, homelessness prevention, job training, and emergency services, helping families achieve long-term economic independence.
Community Resiliency: We address urgent needs today to build a stronger, more resilient community for tomorrow.
These goals are ambitious, but with your help, our dedicated partners, and a collective will for success, we can achieve them.

Together, we are building a healthier future where no one is left behind.
Investing in our youth is investing in our future. United Way of Danville Area is dedicated to helping young people realize their full potential by supporting educational programs, mentorship opportunities, and initiatives that promote their overall well-being. From early childhood development to college and career readiness, we work to ensure that every child in our community has the resources and support they need to succeed. By empowering families and connecting them to vital resources, we lay the groundwork for long-term success.
When we lift up our youth, we lift up our entire community.

By breaking the cycle of poverty, we create a future of opportunity for all.
