Acknowledgment of Participation Requirements

By participating in the charity cook-off, I understand and agree to the following: 1) I will supply all ingredients and paper products required for my dish. 2) I will attend the mandatory health department training provided by the event organizers to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. 3) I will prepare my dish in the approved kitchens provided by the event organizers, except if my dish qualifies for the Farmers Market Category (baked goods), which may be prepared offsite. 4) I have read and agree to the terms and requirements outlined above.
